This privacy policy explains what data Tiktokeriai.lt ("the Site") collects and processes. The Site is an independent project for tracking Lithuanian TikTok creators' live streams and is not affiliated with TikTok or ByteDance Ltd.

2. Registered user data

When you create an account, we collect and store:

• Your email address and a cryptographic hash of your password (never the password itself in plain text).
• Your display name.
• Registration date and login timestamps (for security and fraud prevention).

3. Creator (TikTok channel) data

The Site displays information about TikTok creators whose streams are tracked. This includes:

• Username, display name, and profile photo.
• Follower count and its changes over time.
• Live stream statistics — viewer counts, likes, gifts received, battle results.

This information is obtained exclusively from data publicly shown on the TikTok platform — we do not use private access to creator accounts.

The Site is not affiliated with TikTok, ByteDance Ltd., or their partners. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

The legal basis for processing publicly available TikTok creator data is legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). We process this data to provide statistical information about public live streams, analyze their progress, and compile historical statistics. We have assessed data subjects' interests and believe this processing does not infringe their rights and freedoms, as only publicly available data is processed.

If you are a creator and want your channel's information removed from the Site, contact us by email below — we will review your request and, if there is a legal basis, take appropriate action.

4. Purpose of processing

Data is used to provide the Site's core function — tracking TikTok creators' live streams and displaying statistics — as well as for account management and security.

5. Who we share data with

Data may be shared with the following categories of service providers, to the extent necessary to provide the service:

• Hosting service providers.
• Cloud infrastructure providers.
• Email service providers (for account verification/reset emails).
• Analytics or advertising service providers — only with your consent (see Cookies section).

6. International data transfers

Some of the service providers we use (e.g. infrastructure, email, or advertising services) may process data outside the European Economic Area (EEA). In such cases, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place under GDPR (e.g. European Commission-approved standard contractual clauses).

• Creators' publicly available information — while the channel is tracked on the Site.

• Access the data we process about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
• Object to or restrict processing.
• Receive your data in a portable format.
• Withdraw consent where data is processed on a consent basis (e.g. advertising cookies).

If you believe your data is being processed in violation of GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (vdai.lrv.lt).

10. Children's privacy

The Site is not intended for children. Registered accounts are not intended for minors — by registering you confirm you are an adult. Publicly available TikTok creator data may be shown regardless of the creator's age, as long as it is publicly available on the TikTok platform.

11. Accuracy of statistics

Statistics shown on the Site (including estimated gift/diamond values in EUR) are compiled from publicly available information and calculated using publicly known rates and methodology. This is not official TikTok data. While we aim for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all data is always accurate, complete, or updated in real time.

This policy may be updated. We will announce significant changes on this page.
